Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and CelebMasta (“CelebMasta”, “we”, “us”) about your use of CelebMasta.com and its pages, videos, images, players and features (the “Site”). Please read them carefully.

1. The agreement

1.1 By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1.2 These Terms include the following policies, which form part of the agreement: our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, DMCA Policy, 2257 Statement, Publishing Principles, Content Moderation Policy, Non-Consensual Content Policy, Combatting CSAM policy and RTA Compliance page.

1.3 We may change these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the law or in the Site. The current version is always on this page with its date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

2. Who may use the Site

2.1 The Site contains adult material. You may use it only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
  • viewing sexually explicit material is legal where you are; and
  • you are not prevented from using the Site by any law, including sanctions laws.

2.2 You agree not to let anyone under 18 see the Site on any device you control.

2.3 You must not use the Site if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are named on a U.S., UK, EU or UN sanctions list.

3. About the Site

3.1 CelebMasta is an archive of nude and sexy scenes of celebrities from commercially released movies and television, with photos from public appearances, organized by star, title and category. It is free to use and needs no account.

3.2 The Site has no user accounts, uploads or comments. Everything on it is selected and published by CelebMasta under our Publishing Principles.

3.3 We may change, add to, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time without notice.

4. How you may use the Site

4.1 We give you permission to view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, through a normal web browser, by streaming content as it is presented on the Site. All other rights are reserved.

4.2 You agree not to:

  • copy, download, re-upload, record, sell, license or redistribute content from the Site, except where the law allows it;
  • hotlink, frame or embed our image or video files on another site without our written permission;
  • use robots, scrapers, spiders or other automated tools to access, copy or monitor the Site, or send more requests than a person using a normal browser would, other than search engines that follow our robots.txt;
  • get around, disable or interfere with any security feature, access restriction, age check or ad delivery on the Site;
  • try to gain access to any part of the Site, our servers or our systems that is not meant to be public;
  • upload or spread viruses or other harmful code, or attack the Site, including with denial-of-service attacks;
  • collect personal information about anyone through the Site;
  • use the Site for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or in a way that harms the people shown on it; or
  • remove copyright or other notices from anything on the Site.

4.3 Search engines may crawl the Site to build public search indexes, but not to build caches or archives of our content. We may withdraw this permission at any time.

5. Content and intellectual property

5.1 Movies, shows, characters and footage belong to their respective owners. CelebMasta uses short excerpts and stills as an organized reference archive, and responds to every valid copyright notice under our DMCA Policy.

5.2 The Site’s design, layout, organization, text, star bios, scene descriptions and software belong to CelebMasta and are protected by law.

5.3 “CelebMasta” and our logo are our trademarks. You may not use them in a way that suggests a connection with us, or that could confuse people, without our written permission. Other names and marks shown on the Site belong to their owners.

6. Removal requests

6.1 We remove content that may show anyone under 18, intimate content shared without consent and content that infringes copyright. See Removing Content & Legal Requests.

6.2 We may remove any content at any time, for any reason, without notice.

7. Third-party services, links and advertising

7.1 The Site shows advertising and links to other websites, including a live cam service run by a third party. We do not control those sites, products or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

7.2 Any dealings you have with an advertiser or third-party service are between you and them.

8. No warranties

8.1 The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error free, that information on it is accurate or complete, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 To the fullest extent the law allows, CelebMasta and its owners, operators and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party site linked from it.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and cover CelebMasta and its owners and operators against any claims, losses, liabilities and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or your violation of anyone else’s rights.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may block or restrict anyone’s access, at our discretion and without notice, including for breaking these Terms or where the law requires it. Sections 5 and 8 to 14 continue to apply after your use ends.

12. Regional rules

12.1 The Site is operated from the United States. We make no promise that it is appropriate or legal to view in every country, and you are responsible for following the laws where you are.

12.2 Where a country’s law, such as the UK Online Safety Act 2023 or Australia’s Online Safety Act 2021, requires age assurance or other measures for adult content, we may restrict access from that country or change how the Site works there.

13. Disputes

13.1 If you have a problem with the Site, please contact us first at contact@celebmasta.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

13.2 To the extent the law allows, any claim arising out of or relating to the Site must be brought within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.

13.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Site is hosted, without regard to conflict of law rules.

14. General

14.1 These Terms, with the policies listed in section 1.2, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.

14.2 If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

14.3 If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.

14.4 We may transfer our rights under these Terms, including as part of a sale of the Site. You may not transfer yours.

14.5 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
