Safety & Transparency Center Combatting CSAM

Combatting CSAM

CelebMasta has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any sexual or nude image or video of a person under 18 is illegal, and it has no place on this site under any circumstances. U.S. federal law makes it a crime to produce, distribute, receive or possess it, and the same is true in nearly every country.

What CSAM is

CSAM is any image or video that shows a person under 18 in sexually explicit conduct or in a sexualized or nude way. That includes scenes from films or television, photos from social media, and edited or fake images that show a real minor. Content of an adult that was filmed or photographed when that person was under 18 is also CSAM.

How we keep it off CelebMasta

  • Adults only. CelebMasta only publishes content of people who were 18 or older when it was filmed or photographed. Content that may date from before a person turned 18 is not published.
  • Cloudflare CSAM Scanning Tool. Every image CelebMasta serves passes through Cloudflare, and its CSAM Scanning Tool checks it against hash lists of known CSAM maintained by child safety organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). A match is blocked automatically and we are notified.
  • Blocked stars. Stars whose content could date from before they turned 18 are blocked in our system, so nothing of them can be added to the site.
  • Ongoing reviews. Existing content is reviewed on a regular basis, and anything that raises a question is taken down while it is checked.

What happens when something is found or reported

  • The content is taken off the site immediately, including the image and video files themselves, not just the page.
  • Suspected CSAM is reported to NCMEC’s CyberTipline, which shares reports with law enforcement in the U.S. and around the world.
  • Related content is reviewed, and the star or source is blocked where needed.
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement and keep records as the law requires.

How to report

If you see anything on CelebMasta that you believe shows a person under 18, email contact@celebmasta.com right away with the subject Urgent / Minor and the page link. You do not need to give your name, and you should not send us the image. Every report is reviewed, and the content comes down while we check it.
