Non-Consensual Content Policy

Consent comes first on CelebMasta. Intimate content of anyone that was made or shared without their consent is not allowed on the site, in line with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act and similar laws in other countries.

What is not allowed

  • Nude, sexual or intimate images or videos shared without the consent of the person shown, including private photos, hacked or leaked material and so-called revenge porn.
  • Fake, edited or AI-generated intimate images or videos of a real, identifiable person (“deepfakes”), whether or not they are labeled as fake.
  • Hidden camera, upskirt, downblouse or other secretly recorded content.
  • Content showing sexual activity with someone who appears drugged, asleep, unconscious or unable to consent, unless it is a clearly staged scene from a released film or show.
  • Personal details of anyone, such as home addresses, phone numbers, private social media accounts or private messages.

What CelebMasta does publish

Scenes from commercially released movies and television, which the actors agreed to film, and photos taken at public appearances such as red carpets, events and beaches. See our Publishing Principles.

How to get content removed

Follow the steps on our NCII Removal page. Valid requests are acted on within 48 hours, usually much sooner, and copies of the same content are removed and blocked from coming back.

If you come across it

If you see anything on CelebMasta that you believe was shared without consent, email contact@celebmasta.com with the link and the subject Urgent / NCII. You do not need to be the person shown to report it.
