Sanctuary (2023)

Sanctuary is a claustrophobic two-hander thriller that traps a dominatrix and her wealthy client in a hotel suite for a night of shifting power games. Margaret Qualley carries the film with a performance that runs from playful to menacing, and the 2 scenes collected here catch her at her most exposed, including the striking nude scene that punctuates the film's final act. It's a small production, but Qualley makes every frame count.
