"Madly" is an anthology drama built from separate short stories about love and desire, each segment handled by a different director and set in a different country. The Italian portion features Vittoria Puccini and Pilar Fogliati, while the Japanese segment centers on Ami Tomite alongside Yuki Sakurai, Mariko Tsutsui, Akari Ozawa, and Asami Shibata. Puccini appears in a nude scene within her segment, and the Japanese cast contributes topless and nude footage spread across their portion of the film. The archive carries 6 scenes total pulled from both halves of the anthology, giving separate clips for each actress rather than one concentrated stretch.
