Native Son (2019)

Native Son is HBO's 2019 drama adaptation of Richard Wright's classic novel. It's a tense character study set against a young man's collision with fate and circumstance. The film premiered at Sundance before landing on the network. Margaret Qualley appears in a supporting role that gave her some of her boldest early screen work.
