Young Adult (2011)

Young Adult is the 2011 comedy-drama from director Jason Reitman, following a ghostwriter who heads back to her hometown to chase down her married ex-boyfriend. Charlize Theron plays the lead, and the archive holds 4 scenes of her, with undressing and nude bits placed throughout the character's downward spiral. There's no styling to the exposure here, just plain nudity that tracks with the state the character is in.
