The Nowhere Inn (2021)
Movie 7 videos 15 photosDirected by Bill Benz
"The Nowhere Inn" is a mockumentary that follows St. Vincent as she attempts to make a tour film with Dakota Johnson, only for the project to twist into something fictionalized and off-kilter as both women play distorted versions of themselves. The archive holds 7 scenes from the film. Dakota Johnson appears nude in a scene that drops the polish of her studio work, the one people come here for. St. Vincent has her own topless scene, playing against the exaggerated stage persona she built her career on. The two share footage together as the line between documentary and fiction gives way to actual nudity on screen.
