The Cat In The Hat

"The Cat In The Hat" is the 2003 live-action family comedy based on Dr. Seuss, following the chaos the title character brings to a bored brother and sister on a rainy day. Paris Hilton has a brief cameo in the film, and it's her small appearance that lands her in the archive rather than any material from the family-friendly plot itself. The site holds 1 scene clip tied to her cameo, a quick flash of skin cut from a movie otherwise built for kids.
