Tanner Hall (2011)
Movie 6 videosDirected by Tatiana von Fürstenberg and Francesca Gregorini
Tanner Hall follows a group of friends at an all-girls boarding school as they deal with family troubles, loyalty, and first sexual experiences. Brie Larson appears in an early role here, years before her Oscar win, and the film catches her in scenes that show a rawer, less polished side than her later work. Rooney Mara plays one of the other girls in the group, adding a second recognizable name to the cast. The site holds 6 scenes from the film, mixing topless and nude shots with quieter, intimate scenes between the two actresses. For anyone tracking Larson or Mara's early careers, this one fills in a gap most viewers skip past.
