"Nina" collects multiple productions sharing that title, including a Polish drama and Zoe Saldana's biopic role. Eliza Rycembel and Julia Kijowska lead the Polish film, with topless and nude scenes built around emotional confrontations between their characters. Yuliya Peresild and Irena Melcer appear in separate explicit scenes from other productions under the same name. Saldana's nude scene is the one drawing the most searches from outside her usual audience. Six scenes make up this hub in total, covering topless shots, sex scenes, and full nudity across the different films.
