Mother! (2017)

Mother! is Darren Aronofsky's fever dream of a psychological horror film, a slow-building nightmare about a young wife whose secluded home life unravels as uninvited guests take over. Jennifer Lawrence anchors the whole thing, and the 5 scenes collected here capture her at her rawest, from intimate sex scenes to the film's most exposed and unhinged stretches. It's not comfortable viewing, but Lawrence has rarely been this vulnerable on screen.
