Which browsers work best?

CelebMasta works in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and other modern browsers on desktop, phone and tablet. Keeping your browser up to date gives the best results. Privacy browsers such as Tor may block parts of the site.

A video will not play or keeps buffering

• Refresh the page, or close and reopen the browser.
• Check that your connection is stable; try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
• Turn off extensions that block scripts or media, then try again.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies for CelebMasta.
• Try another browser or device to see if the problem is on one device only.

If it still will not play, email contact@celebmasta.com with the video link, your device and browser, and what happens when you press play.

A page looks broken

Clear your cache and refresh. If it is still broken, send us the link and a screenshot with the subject Bug.

I am getting pop-ups or notifications from other sites

If you clicked “Allow” on a notification request from any website, you can turn it off in your browser settings: in Chrome, go to Settings, Privacy and security, Site settings, Notifications; in Safari, Settings for the site; in Firefox, Settings, Privacy & Security, Permissions, Notifications. Remove any site you do not recognize.
