Uhm Ji-won

Uhm Ji-won is a South Korean actress who works in both film and television. She is best known for leading roles in Hope (2013), The Silenced (2015) and Missing (2016). Uhm Ji-won did a nude scene in her 2005 lead role in Tale of Cinema. She was born on December 25, 1977, in Daegu, South Korea. Her first acting job came in 1998 on the television show Vector Man, and The Record followed in 2000. Her big break arrived in 2004, when she played one of the leads in The Scarlet Letter. The film was a hit, and critics praised her acting. On television she later led the dramas Birthcare Center (2020) and Little Women (2022).
