Roma Maffia Nude Scenes

As Liz Cruz, Roma Maffia steps outside her usual role as the no-nonsense anesthesiologist of McNamara/Troy for a sex scene and a separate lesbian scene opposite Monica Barladeanu, giving the character a rare romantic arc beyond the operating room. The two clips show a more intimate side of Liz than the series typically explored, departing from her usual clinical presence on screen.
