Liz Lytle

Liz Lytle is an American video editor, director and producer who works mostly in fitness content. After finishing the Northwestern University Film Program, she got her first job on the fitness series P90X. Liz Lytle went nude alongside Sadie Alexandru, Susan May Pratt and Courtney Abbott in Act Naturally. She was born on February 24, 1981, in Columbus, Ohio. For about a decade she was the lead editor on most of the Beachbody catalogue. She worked with well-known fitness names such as Billy Blanks, Jane Fonda and Bob Harper. Later she helped build the programs themselves, directing and producing for herself and other live fitness clients. Today she uses her fast promo and music editing for pitches, product consulting and social media work.
