Katie Lowes

Katie Lowes built her name playing Quinn Perkins on Scandal, the political drama that ran from 2012. She has no confirmed nude scene, but the archive holds a sexy sequence from that very show. Before that political role, she voiced characters in Wreck-It Ralph and Zootopia, animated work far removed from her live-action output. Scandal gave her a platform to play morally complicated, often vulnerable characters across many seasons. That complexity extended to her physical performances, including scenes that leaned into her character's rawer moments. The clip on CelebMasta pulls directly from that series, the one fans specifically search for by title. It shows her in a setup that favors suggestion over full exposure. Katie Lowes never built a reputation on skin, keeping her screen work mostly grounded in drama and comedy. Still, this single scene from Scandal stands as the clearest glimpse into her sexier side. The site currently carries one video from her catalog, focused entirely on that Scandal appearance.
