Joana Ribeiro

Joana Ribeiro is a Portuguese actress known for international film work and Portuguese telenovelas. She built her name on Dancin' Days before moving into features, and the archive here holds one nude scene from her career. That title is At An Uncertain Time, a 2015 drama predating her later work with Terry Gilliam. In it she shares a lesbian sex scene with Filipa Areosa, an early screen credit before her bigger international roles. Ribeiro went on to appear in The Man Who Killed Don Quixote and later joined the cast of Infinite. This scene stands apart from that mainstream filmography, showing a rawer, more intimate side of her early work. The site currently lists a single video for her profile. It's the one to open if you want to see Ribeiro outside her usual period-drama and studio roles.
