Ida Lupino

Ida Lupino built a career as one of classic Hollywood's sharpest actresses and directors, long before any nude scene era of modern cinema. She appeared in The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour in 1957, a rare television turn late in her screen career. Lupino had already directed features and acted opposite major stars of the studio system. The archive here holds just one clip from that 1957 appearance. It is billed as a sexy scene rather than anything explicit. There is no indication of topless or bare skin in the footage. This is a single historical clip, not a career-spanning collection. CelebMasta lists one video total for her, pulled from that Lucy-Desi broadcast. Viewers looking for genuine nudity won't find it in this entry. What's here is a dressed, flirtatious bit from a television legend's later years. The scene works as a curiosity piece more than anything revealing.
