Ellen Burstyn

Ellen Burstyn built her name playing complex women in American drama through the 1970s. Before her Oscar-winning turn in Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, she took on riskier roles that included nude work rarely discussed today. Her archive on CelebMasta draws from this early period, well before The Exorcist made her a dramatic lead. King Of Marvin Gardens, opposite Jack Nicholson, gives her a tits scene alongside Julia Anne Robinson. The Ambassador holds its own tits scene too, a rarity for an actress later defined by prestige pictures. For Those Who Think Young, an earlier comedy from her pre-stardom years, includes an actual sex scene. Tropic Of Cancer rounds things with a group scene featuring Burstyn alongside Magali Noel and Gisele Grimm, credited for butt and tits. Photo sets from each of these four productions fill out the gallery side of her page. Five videos total sit in the archive, covering her riskiest screen work before the awards started piling up.
