April Mullen

April Mullen is a Canadian actress, director and producer who works in film and television. She made history in 2012 as the first woman to direct a live action feature shot fully in stereoscopic 3D. April Mullen has no nude scene on record, only a sexy turn in Cavedweller (2004). She was born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. That 3D feature was Dead Before Dawn, released in 2012 with Mullen behind the camera. In 2015 she directed 88, a neo-noir feature made in the style of old grindhouse movies. Reporters asked for her views when the Women in View on Screen study came out. That study found Canadian women mostly direct small projects, while men get the big budgets.
