Zapped Again! (1990)

"Zapped Again!" is a 1990 teen sci-fi comedy sequel following a high schooler who gets hold of a formula for telekinetic powers. Kelli Williams appears in the film early in her career, well before her run on dramatic television series. The archive holds 2 scenes pulled from the movie showing her topless. It's a notable entry for anyone tracing her filmography back to its start.
