Unsane (2018)

Steven Soderbergh's "Unsane" is a 2018 psychological thriller shot entirely on an iPhone, following a woman committed to a psychiatric facility who can't tell if the man stalking her is real or a delusion. Claire Foy stars as the patient at the center of the confinement, playing against the period roles she's known for. The archive holds 2 scenes from the film, catching Foy nude and exposed during the institution's clinical, indignity-laced routines.
