Tokyo Refugees

Tokyo Refugees is a screen production with Chihiro Otsuka among its stars. As the title suggests, the story is tied to the city of Tokyo. Chihiro Otsuka nude scenes are the main reason viewers look up Tokyo Refugees, along with an underwear scene from the same title. Her performance draws more attention than any other part of the production.
