This Is Life with Lisa Ling (2014)

"This Is Life with Lisa Ling" is a documentary series on CNN that follows the journalist as she embeds herself in subcultures and communities across the country, reporting first-person from inside worlds most news programs only summarize from a distance. Lisa Ling narrates and appears on camera throughout, but the archive holds one clip that has nothing to do with her reporting work, a scene showing her nude, set apart from the interviews and field segments that make up the rest of the show. It's the single entry here, isolated from the documentary footage entirely.
