The Winter Guest (1997)

"The Winter Guest" is a 1997 drama set in a Scottish coastal town, following a mother and daughter through one tense, cold day together. Emma Thompson stars in the lead role alongside her real-life mother, Phyllida Law. The archive holds 1 scene clip from the film, catching Thompson in a nude scene that stands out against the film's otherwise restrained, dialogue-driven tone. It's a rare bit of physical exposure in a project better known for its emotional weight than its skin.
