The Trigger Effect (1996)

"The Trigger Effect" is a 1996 thriller about a city sliding into panic after a massive blackout drags on for days, watching neighbors turn suspicious and then dangerous once the power stays off. Elisabeth Shue plays a wife and mother caught in the middle of that unraveling. The archive holds 4 scenes from the film, including nude scene content from Shue that gets little attention next to her more famous roles. It's a quieter title in her filmography, but the clips catch her in some of its more unguarded stretches.
