The Innkeepers (2012)
Movie
"The Innkeepers" is a 2011 horror film set inside a hotel on its last weekend of business, with the staff investigating reports of a ghost haunting the halls. Sara Paxton plays one of the two employees running out the clock before closing, and the archive holds one photo gallery of stills from the production. No nude or sex scene material is included, just set and character shots from the shoot.
