The Brand New Testament (2015)

"The Brand New Testament" is a Belgian fantasy comedy imagining God as a cruel, small-minded man living in a Brussels apartment, whose daughter flees to earth to recruit new apostles and rewrite how humanity's story ends. Catherine Deneuve plays a woman whose late-life romance with a gorilla is one of the film's stranger detours. The site holds 1 scene from the film, a brief nude bit tied to her character's break from her old, buttoned-up life.
