The Bra (2019)

"The Bra" is a nearly wordless drama that tells its story through gesture and image rather than dialogue, following a lonely rail worker whose encounter with a stray piece of clothing sets off a chain of small human connections. Manal Issa and Paz Vega both appear in the cast, each turning up in one of the 2 scenes held here. Issa's clip is a nude scene, brief and understated. Vega's shows a similar stretch of exposure, catching her in the same hushed, physical register the film relies on throughout.
