Sworn To Justice (1996)

"Sworn To Justice" is a low-budget vigilante action thriller from the kind of crime drama that filled VHS shelves in the early '90s, with a plot built around street justice when the law fails. Cynthia Rothrock headlines as the lead, better known for roundhouse kicks than skin, which makes the archive's 2 scenes worth noting. One features a nude scene, catching her outside the fight choreography that made her name.
