Supergirl (2015)

"Supergirl" is the DC superhero drama that put Melissa Benoist's Kryptonian heroine front and center on The CW. The show balanced comic book spectacle with the messiness of secret identities and found family on Earth. Chyler Leigh's Alex Danvers gave the series much of its emotional backbone, and her relationship with Floriana Lima's Maggie Sawyer became a fan favorite thread. This hub digs into the softer, more exposed side of that universe. There are 7 scenes on site pulling back the capes for something quieter and more intimate. Caity Lotz brings her own charged presence to the mix, while Rhona Mitra and the original screen Supergirl, Helen Slater, round out a lineup spanning generations of the character.
