Stay As You Are (1978)

"Stay As You Are" is a 1978 Italian drama centered on an affair between an older man and a much younger woman, the kind of premise European art-house cinema of that decade didn't shy away from. Nastassja Kinski, in one of her first major roles, plays that younger woman. The archive holds 1 nude scene clip from the film, showing Kinski topless during one of the central scenes between the two leads.
