Shanghai Surprise

Shanghai Surprise is a 1986 romantic adventure comedy that drops Madonna into the role of Gloria Tatlock, a missionary nurse hunting opium for her patients who gets tangled up with fortune hunter Glendon Wasey and a stolen drug shipment, with every smuggler and thug in Shanghai in pursuit. The archive holds 2 scenes from it, both built around Madonna, and the material is sexy rather than revealing: period costume, flirtation, and a romantic clinch, not a nude scene. Anyone expecting more than that from the film will be let down, but the two clips cover everything Madonna gives up on screen here.
