Serbis (2008)

"Serbis" is a Filipino drama that peels back the curtain on a family-run movie theater, mixing everyday domestic tension with the seedier undercurrents of the business they operate. The film builds its atmosphere through grit and intimacy rather than spectacle, letting the cramped, crumbling cinema setting mirror the frayed relationships within it.
