Secrets of the Satin Blues (1981)

"Secrets of the Satin Blues" is a noir drama set largely in dim interiors, following characters entangled in secrets that surface as the plot unwinds. Marcha Grant stars, and the archive carries 2 scenes of her nude on screen, including a bedroom sequence that plays out at length. One scene finds her topless during a confrontation late in the film, the kind of scene readers come to this title looking for.
