Romasanta

Romasanta is a 2004 Spanish horror thriller built around the Werewolf of Allariz legend, with bodies turning up across the countryside bearing both animal gashes and clean surgical cuts. Elsa Pataky plays Barbara, who falls for the travelling vendor Manuel Romasanta and then starts to wonder what became of her sister after he escorted her to the city. Pataky bares all here, and the archive holds 1 scene from the film, her nude clip.
