Report To The Commissioner

Report To The Commissioner is a 1975 crime drama built around a police investigation that spirals into department corruption and cover-up. Susan Blakely appears as a young undercover officer whose fate drives the plot, and the archive holds one scene of her topless, the clip people land on this page for. It's the only nude entry on file for the film.
