Quarantine (2008)

"Quarantine" is a found-footage horror film that follows a news crew filming inside an apartment building sealed off by authorities after an infection breaks out among the tenants. Jennifer Carpenter plays the reporter whose shift turns into a fight to survive the night as the building fills with chaos. Dania Ramirez appears as one of the residents caught in the same lockdown.
