Puffball (2007)

Puffball is a horror thriller built around pregnancy and the supernatural, with Kelly Reilly in the lead role as a woman whose body and mind start unraveling under forces she can't explain. The film includes nude scenes for Reilly tied directly to that psychological unraveling, not played for titillation but still explicit on screen. CelebMasta's archive holds one photo gallery of stills pulled from the film, giving a look at Reilly in those exposed, vulnerable scenes without any video clips attached yet.
