Parallel Mothers (2021)

Pedro Almodóvar's "Parallel Mothers" is a 2021 Spanish drama following two women who give birth on the same day and find their lives tangled together by a secret neither can shake. Penelope Cruz and Milena Smit play the new mothers at the center of that bond, with Cruz carrying the weight of the film's central role and Smit opposite her as the younger woman whose story turns everything upside down. The archive holds one scene clip from the film, showing exposed skin between the two actresses in a scene built on the closeness the story demands.
