Monkeybone

Monkeybone is a 2001 comedy that mixes live action with animation, plus fantasy and sci-fi, about a repressed cartoonist named Stu who ends up in a coma after a car crash and wakes in a holding zone for lost souls alongside his own alter-ego, a troublemaking cartoon monkey who hijacks Stu's body and escapes into the real world while Stu's sister weighs pulling the plug. Rose McGowan is the only cast member with a sexy scene clip in the archive, and 1 scenes is the full tally for this title. Released February 23, 2001, the film gets a single McGowan entry here and nothing more.
