Maude (1972)
TV 1 videosCreated by Norman Lear
"Maude" is the 1970s sitcom about a strong-willed, outspoken woman working through marriage, politics, and middle age with little patience for polite silence. Adrienne Barbeau played the title character, a role that made her name before her later film work leaned into horror and genre roles. The archive holds 1 scene clip of Barbeau nude on screen, a rare bit of skin from a show otherwise known for its dialogue, not its bedroom scenes.
