Lost Highway (1997)

David Lynch's 1997 "Lost Highway" is a psychological thriller that follows a jazz musician whose life unravels after mysterious videotapes appear at his home, splitting the story into two identities. Patricia Arquette plays both women at the center of that split. CelebMasta holds 2 scenes from the film showing Arquette topless and nude, including a sequence often cited as one of her most explicit on screen. The scenes carry the same unsettled quality as the rest of the film rather than playing straight for titillation.
