La femme publique (1984)

"La femme publique" is a 1984 French drama about a young actress drawn into a director's obsessive control over his new film. Valerie Kaprisky plays the lead, appearing nude and in sex scenes throughout much of the runtime as the story pushes her character's exposure on camera into the plot itself. The archive carries 12 scenes from the movie, including topless footage and full nude scenes shot with the frank style typical of French cinema from this period. It stands as one of Kaprisky's most explicit roles on record.
