Hostel Part Ii (2007)

Hostel Part II is Eli Roth's 2007 horror sequel that sends a new group of American travelers to the same Slovakian torture operation, where wealthy clients pay to hunt human prey. Heather Matarazzo plays one of the women caught up in the scheme, and the archive holds 1 scene from the film showing her nude before the violence takes over. It's a single clip, isolated for anyone searching out that specific bit of exposure.
