Ghost In The Machine

"Ghost In The Machine" is a 1993 sci-fi thriller about a serial killer whose consciousness survives a fatal accident by merging with the electrical grid, letting him hunt a woman and her son through their own household wiring. Shevonne Durkin appears in the cast, and the archive holds 1 scene of her nude material pulled from the film. One clip, one credited actress, no padding beyond what the movie actually shows.
