Flucht In Den Norden (1986)

"Flucht In Den Norden" is a German drama centered on an escape across guarded territory, the kind of story that leans on isolation and risk rather than action. Katharina Thalbach stars in one of her earlier screen roles, well before the stage and directing work that later defined her career. The archive holds 4 scenes from the film showing her nude and topless. It's an early look at Thalbach rarely referenced alongside her later, more covered-up film work.
