Final Impact (1992)

"Final Impact" is a low-budget action film set in the world of underground kickboxing, the kind of direct-to-video release built on fight scenes rather than dialogue. Kathleen Kinmont plays one of the leads opposite the film's tournament plot. The archive holds 2 scenes with her, one topless and one a full sex scene. Nobody watches this one for the kickboxing.
