Final Analysis

Final Analysis is a 1992 romantic thriller about a psychiatrist who starts an affair with his patient's sister, a woman married to a controlling gangster who is not inclined to let either of them walk away clean. Kim Basinger plays the wife, and the film gives her a bedroom sequence and a topless shot that account for the two scenes in the archive here. Both clips are hers alone; nobody else in the cast strips for the camera.
